Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation, focused attention and imagery inviting you into a calm, receptive state of awareness where the mind becomes more open to insight, healing, and positive change. In this gentle and supported process, you remain fully in control while working with the deeper layers of the mind where patterns and beliefs are formed. Together, we use this state to explore root causes, strengthen inner resources, and support meaningful, lasting growth.
